How do I download the latest version?
Use the product page download button. HearthGate uses HearthGate-latest.dmg, and Albert's Life uses AlbertsLife-latest.dmg, so the same link always points to the current build.
Where is the HearthGate installation guide?
Start with the HearthGate installation guide at https://codnamacs.com/hearthgate/help/installation. The Help section also includes first-connection guides and feature pages for different workflows, including VNC Lockdown, export options, Per-Key Limits, Connection Hooks, and power-user SSH access.
How do I activate a license?
Use the license key or activation flow provided after checkout. If activation fails, email support with the app name, order email, license key if available, macOS version, and Mac model.
Can I move a license to another Mac?
Albert's Life supports activation on up to two Macs. HearthGate licenses are for one protected Mac; use the in-app deactivate flow before moving a license where the plan allows it.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are reviewed under the Refund Policy. Include the order email, order number if available, app name, and a short description of the issue.
What should I include in a support email?
Include the app name, app version, macOS version, Mac model, purchase email if relevant, and the shortest clear description of what happened.
Does HearthGate have a trial?
Yes. HearthGate includes a 30-day full trial with no payment card required.
