codnamacs is a software brand operated by Murat Öztürk. We build and sell macOS applications, including Albert's Life, HearthGate, and future codnamacs apps.

The codnamacs website is designed to collect as little information as possible. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, name, and message.

When you buy a codnamacs app, payment and checkout information is processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record and payment provider. We do not store your full card number or payment credentials.

codnamacs apps may store license activation information on your Mac to confirm that the app is licensed. For Albert's Life, a license is intended for activation on up to two Macs owned or used by the same customer.

If license validation is enabled, the app may contact the license provider to verify license status, activation limits, and basic device instance information needed for licensing.

We do not currently use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or optional tracking in the future, we will update this policy and provide any consent controls required by applicable law.

We may use third-party services for payments, license delivery, hosting, downloads, and software updates. These services process information according to their own privacy policies.

Examples include Vercel for website hosting, Cloudflare for downloads and update delivery, and Lemon Squeezy for checkout, taxes, invoices, refunds, and payment support.

You may contact us to ask about personal information we hold from direct support conversations. Payment, invoice, and tax records may need to be handled by the merchant of record that processed your purchase.
